1. Install the free Ultra Migration plugin from WordPress.org
2. Activate the plugin in your WordPress admin
3. Go to Tools > Ultra Migration to access the main interface
4. Choose Export or Import based on your needs
Export: Creates a complete .umigrate backup file of your entire WordPress installation
Import: Uploads and restores from a .umigrate file with automatic URL replacement
Backup: Manual or scheduled automatic backups with cloud storage option
